Service Excellence Committee
Mission Statement:
“The Service Excellence Committee is committed to improving the quality of service and healthcare provided to our internal and external customers, by encouraging all employees to exhibit positivity, trust, confidence in others and respect through the use of the nine quality traits”.
* Our purpose:
The purpose of our committee is to initiate, develop, promote and instill qualities and traits in every member of our staff through the use of the “Nine Quality Traits”. The committee will lead the process of implementation of the Service Excellence Program.

The service Excellence Program is a program designed to promote high quality service to both patients and co-workers by treating each one with professionalism and respect.

* Why do we need the Service Excellence Program?

NRMC employees should practice the 9 traits every where we go, whether a person is on or off the job.

Service Excellence shall be practiced at all times. Positive behavior will always be recognized.
